Birth Doula Package
We will have 2-4 prenatal meetings to get to know one another better, discuss your birth preferences and needs, and to get a sense of how we will work together as a team at your birth.
From the moment you hire me, I will provide phone/text/email support that meets your needs.
I am on-call for you from week 37 of your pregnancy until your birth.
In the prenatal sessions, yoga, bodywork, ear acupuncture/ear seeds, acupressure and aromatherapy are all possibilities. We will move at a pace that works well for you.
I will stay with you and provide comfort measures throughout labor and delivery whether you are having a home birth, a birth at the hospital or in a birthing center.
I will stay with you for 2-4 hours postpartum and help with lactation support during those first hours.
follow-up postpartum visit where I can provide support with processing your birth, feeding your baby, new parent self-care, emotional support, newborn care, etc.

Postpartum Doula Package
From the moment you hire me, I will provide phone/text/email support that meets your needs.
follow-up postpartum visit within the first two weeks of your birth where I can provide support with processing your birth, feeding your baby, new parent self-care, emotional support, newborn care, etc.
after two weeks postpartum, we will meet weekly for 4 weeks, 2 hours per visit. Total of 5 visits at up to 10 hours collectively.
Birth + Postpartum Package
Everything from the above two packages with an added financial savings of $150!

Yoga Sessions
60 min private class
Fee: $75 (in person) $45 (virtual)
Referral Program
Refer any new client and get a complimentary virtual 60 min private yoga session. If you refer more than one client then you get money credited to your next purchase to use on doula or yoga services. Email me for more details!
